The Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with solar professionals—installers, engineers, designers, and business owners—to help them get the most out of our platform. You’ll bring your technical solar expertise into every conversation, making you a trusted advisor who understands the real challenges faced in solar design and project delivery.
Your role is to ensure our customers are not just satisfied—but thriving—by improving their workflows, answering technical questions, and providing tailored guidance that matches real-world solar design processes.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with assigned solar customers to ensure long-term engagement and success.
Act as a strategic partner, using your knowledge of solar system design to identify ways customers can optimise their use of the software for residential and commercial systems.
Assist customers in aligning their workflows with the platform’s tools—ensuring optimal project setup, accurate financial modeling, layout tools, and compliance checks.
Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support via calls, email and video calls as required.
Educate customers on product updates, new solar modeling features, and best practices to help streamline their quoting and design processes.
Troubleshoot issues with confidence, understanding the technical nuances of PV system layouts, shading, system sizing, or compliance requirements.
Identify additional training or tools that could add value to the customer’s workflow and contribute to their success.
Be the customer’s advocate internally—sharing feedback with product and engineering teams to help shape future updates.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in the solar industry, ideally with hands-on design of residential and commercial PV systems.
Familiarity with solar design platforms, software tools, and a strong understanding of key concepts such as STC calculation, shading analysis, system sizing, grid compliance, and storage integration.
A customer-focused mindset, with experience in a support, success, or training role preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solar concepts to both experienced professionals and newer users.
Confidence in identifying inefficiencies in customer workflows and recommending solutions.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
Willingness to collaborate across support, sales, and development teams to improve customer outcomes.
A passion for renewable energy and a desire to help others achieve better solar outcomes through technology.
