With over 200 properties across regional NSW and an exciting phase of growth ahead, we are looking to build a dynamic Customer Success Team dedicated to delighting guests and supporting property owners with industry-leading service.
As we grow, we're searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to lead this team, foster meaningful connections with guests and property owners, and ensure every interaction is a positive one. If you're proactive, solution-oriented, and love making people feel valued, this role is for you! 🙌
What You'll Do
🚀 Lead and develop a high-performing customer success team, driving excellence in service delivery.
🤝 Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for guests and property owners.
💬 Monitor incoming issues and take ownership of resolutions—quickly, professionally, and empathetically.
📊 Track satisfaction metrics (like guest ratings, reviews, return bookings, client feedback) and use insights to improve performance.
🌐 Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to improve service delivery and retention.
🏅 Lead the charge in protecting our Superhost status—through consistency, communication, and care.
💖 Create loyalty and advocacy through post-stay follow-ups, surveys, and meaningful relationship-building.
📈 Work with the team to ensure property owners’ investments are performing at their best, maximising both guest satisfaction and business success.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:
Have hospitality, customer service, or account management experience.
Love solving problems and turning around tough situations.
Communicate with warmth, confidence, and clarity—written and verbal.
Understand how to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Are tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs, inboxes, and dashboards).
Are naturally empathetic and believe in making people feel seen and supported.
