About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Customer Success Manager to become the heartbeat of our client experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s worked as an EA, Client Services Manager, Account Manager, or similar—and who thrives on keeping things running smoothly while making clients feel supported, informed, and valued.

As the main point of contact for our clients throughout their property journey, you’ll be responsible for ensuring they feel confident, engaged, and looked after from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Buyer’s Agents, internal team, and leadership to ensure every touchpoint is seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support

Proactively updating clients on progress and managing expectations at every stage

Handling onboarding for new clients, ensuring a positive and structured experience

Managing client timelines, documentation, and CRM updates

Solving problems before they arise and communicating clearly under pressure

Coordinating between clients and external stakeholders

Be proactive in identifying new or returning business opportunities in conversations with clients

Identifying opportunities to improve internal systems and client outcomes

Supporting our broader business goals with a client-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

1+ years in a client-facing, admin, or operations role (EA/PA, account manager, customer success, etc. – this does NOT include retail/hospitality)

High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and love for structure

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Not afraid to have direct/confrontation conversations with clients when needed

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong Microsoft Office and general tech proficiency

A collaborative team player with a client-first approach

Based in Sydney and available to work in our North Sydney office

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in the real estate, finance, or property investment industries

CRM experience

A genuine interest in the Australian property market

Personal property investment experience

Tertiary education in business, communications, or related field
