I am partnered with a global Managed Service Provider (MSP), supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across healthcare, education, retail, and utilities. The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our cloud, security, and IT support services. You'll oversee engagement from onboarding through renewal, identify upsell opportunities, and drive high satisfaction across a portfolio of managed clients.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong client relationships as their key point of contact.

Lead onboarding processes and ensure successful user adoption of MSP tools.

Conduct regular strategic reviews and check-ins with clients.

Monitor client health proactively and address potential risks.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SLA compliance and quality service.

Support upsells, renewals, and customer referrals to drive business growth.

What You’ll Bring

3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (MSP experience preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, security best practices, and ITIL frameworks.

Excellent project coordination, communication, and reporting capabilities.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
