Position: Administration Assistant
Location: Beresfield
Type: Part Time / Full time for the right applicant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the team as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

Assist with onboarding of new participants.

Lead recruitment including scheduling regular SEEK ads, organising interviews, completing reference checks, facilitating staff inductions.

Monitor internal staff training compliance, ensuring all records are up-to-date and training requirements are met.

Manage social media accounts and website updates to ensure our online presence is engaging, informative, and professional.

Take charge of project management, coordinating timelines and tasks for internal projects.

Develop promotional materials and items to support our services and events.

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of the disability industry and NDIS is Essential

Experience in Payroll/Xero is preferred but not essential

Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Experience with social media management and content creation (knowledge of design tools is a bonus).

Familiarity with website management systems (Squarespace) or a willingness to learn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

A creative, team-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive environment.
