About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage phone and email enquiries from clients

Assist with order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination

Monitor and manage stock

Update and maintain product listings on the website (pricing, descriptions, images, availability)

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

High attention to detail and time management

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in the dental or dental industry (preferred but not essential)
