What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Administrative Assistant who is ready to roll up their sleeves and be an integral part of a busy and engaging workplace.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confidence using online systems and tools
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
Your Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting the People & Culture team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support including filing, document creation, and data entry
- Coordinating meetings, diary management, and taking minutes when required
- Supporting internal events and staff engagement activities
- Assisting with internal communications and updates
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance documentation
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and support processes for new starters
- Contributing to continuous improvement across administration systems and procedures
