Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic mortgage advice across residential, commercial, and SMSF loans

Manage the full lending process from consultation through to settlement

Tailor lending solutions to suit each client's individual goals

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business clients

Work closely with in-house financial planners and accountants to offer integrated financial advice

Stay up to date on lending trends, loan products, and regulatory changes

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker (preferably with high-net-worth clients)

In-depth knowledge of a wide range of lending products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A consultative, client-focused approach

Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent)

Ability to manage multiple client relationships with a high standard of care
