Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships from submission to settlement while overseeing a small team to ensure they meet their service level agreements (SLAs). This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and flexible work environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships from loan application submission to settlement.

Conduct daily huddles and ensure team members meet their SLAs.

Liaise with financial planners, solicitors, and real estate agents to provide timely updates.

Report on team performance and efficiencies to the Operations Manager.

Participate in strategic meetings to discuss staff performance and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least two years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Proven customer service/relationship management experience.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Leadership qualities, even if not in a formal leadership role previously.
