Qess Electrical & Security currently have an opening for a Full Time Office Administrator.
Reporting to the Office Manager and Director, the Office Administrator’s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
All receptionist duties, including answering incoming calls, taking, and forwarding messages.
Emails
Welcoming office visitors and guests.
Providing admin support to the Director’s and project team.
Building job folders
Liaising with builders
Scheduling jobs
Working within SimPRO.
Raising purchase orders.
Invoicing
Scanning in documents and filing away
Ensuring site-specific requirements are met prior to attending site.
About you:
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Be capable of multi-tasking and being a fast learner.
A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Show diligence and initiative.
Be reliable, punctual and motivated.
Ability to work in a varied, fast paced environment.
On-site parking available.
