About the role:

Your day-to-day:

• Lead the full suite of financial operations including month-end close, statutory reporting, and internal controls
• Develop and manage robust budgeting and forecasting frameworks
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting that empowers leadership to make confident decisions
• Monitor key financial metrics and trends, identifying risks and opportunities early
• Drive continuous process improvements in finance systems and reporting tools
• Partner with commercial, operations, and marketing teams to align financial planning with business goals
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external advisors

Your background:

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries
• Advanced Excel and exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
• Confident communicator who can translate complex financial concepts into practical advice
