Based in the Group Finance team, you will focus on:

Leading a team of 2

Oversight of year-end ASX reporting

Review of consolidated group financial statements

Monthly group management reporting

Business partnering with the wider team - investment/asset managers and divisional heads

Presentation of financial insights to senior management

Assisting with transactions, acquisition accounting, capital raises

Oversight of group tax compliance; Corporate Tax, GST, FBT, PAYG

Key requirements

CA/CPA qualified

Experience in a Group accounting function - ideally ASX listed or large corporate

Held a Finance Manager title for 3+ years

Strong financial control and consolidated reporting skills

Excellent team leadership abilities

Available immediately or short (1-2 weeks) notice

Whilst this is initially a 6 month contract there is the potential to be extended or be made permanent.
