Our client is a leader within the renewable sector and is seeking a Senior Finance Manager or Finance Transformation Specialist to lead three urgent, business-critical projects focused on process improvement, systems implementation, and operational optimisation.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a highly experienced candidate with a track record in project-based contract/consulting work or a senior finance leader with deep experience in finance transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do: You’ll take ownership of the following key projects:

• Payroll System Consolidation
  Lead the centralisation of three payroll systems and teams into one streamlined function. Develop procedures, map out processes, and ensure smooth system migration.
• In-House AP/AR Transition
  Transition accounts payable and receivable functions from external bookkeepers to an internal team. Document processes, establish workflows, and train the in-house finance staff.
• ERP Implementation
  Drive the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP system. Act as the key liaison between the business and ERP vendors—scoping needs, identifying the right solution, and overseeing delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• CA or CPA qualification is essential
• Proven experience in systems implementation and process optimisation
• Background in contracting/consulting or senior-level finance project management
• Strong project leadership skills and the ability to deliver under pressure
• Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business teams
