The Opportunity

Our client in the financial services industry are a sought-after employer with an excellent reputation. Due to continued business growth, they have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager, within Financial Operations.

The Role:

• People management responsibilities – 3 direct reports
• Preparation of month-end journals and balance Sheet reconciliations
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Preparation/review of board papers, including presenting the papers to the board
• Oversight of the finance team’s control compliance requirements including APRA
• Providing assistance with decision support & ad hoc financial analysis and project work

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services
• CA / CPA qualified
• Audit experience within a Chartered environment highly regarded
• Relevant experience working in or with Financial Services organisations
