Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the general operation of a multi-faceted venue With great bars, food, gaming, functions and entertainment. We have multiple exciting venues that are looking to add an experienced professional to their team who enjoys a thriving environment and wants to learn more about the business and strategic aspects of running venues.

The Roles

You will assist in the overall operation of the venue in line with the needs of the business and under the direction of the GM. This will include creating procedures, developing teams, coming up with innovative ideas. These diverse role will find you working across entertainment, operations, reporting, gaming etc and hone your leadership skills.

* 2IC - Newly renovated multi-level, entertainment, bars and dining pub in the CBD

*2IC - Under partial renovation with a big push on functions and locals, multi-facet, Northern Beaches

*2IC - Charming multi-facet locals Pub, 4 day work week! Eastern Suburbs

You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an Assistant Managers role or 2IC position.
• Strong compliance and industry knowledge
• A good level of gaming experience a plus
• Confidence in managing the venue and the team in a busy environment
• Great beverage and food knowledge
• Natural leadership skills that motivate staff to perform.
• The ability to work a rotating roster
• Must have gaming experience and RCG
