You’ll sit inside an agile squad, own the backlog, and drive end‑to‑end digitisation of onboarding, payments and everyday transaction journeys for SME customers.

What you’ll do

Own & prioritise the squad backlog—shape user stories, sequence delivery and keep stakeholders aligned

Map, redesign and digitise critical business‑banking journeys, lifting straight‑through‑processing and NPS

Lead cross‑functional workshops with Operations, Tech, Risk and CX to nail requirements and unblock delivery

Track incidents & issues, implement structural fixes and champion continuous improvement

Measure success through customer, risk and financial KPIs—then iterate fast

What you’ll bring

7+ years in product, digital delivery or process‑led transformation (banking or fintech)

Deep business‑banking domain knowledge—KYC/AML onboarding, payments, account servicing, lending or treasury

Hands‑on agile experience as a Product Owner or senior BA: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, roadmap alignment

Expert process‑mapping skills (Visio, ARIS, BPMN) and a data‑driven mindset

Polished communication and the gravitas to steer senior stakeholders toward customer‑centric outcomes
