Join a major migration program within one of Australia's Big 4 banks. We're looking for experienced Product Analysts to support a complex Business Banking migration initiative, working alongside internal product owners, risk teams, and delivery stakeholders.

This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

🧩 The Role

You'll be part of a high-performing product team focused on supporting the successful migration of core Business Banking systems and processes. This role involves stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, especially in the risk and compliance space.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain SOPs, user manuals, training materials, and product documentation
  
  
• Engage with business and risk stakeholders to address issues and gather requirements
  
  
• Support Product Owners with roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and prioritisation
  
  
• Help embed scalable processes to support migration from legacy systems
  
  
• Facilitate risk engagement and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
  
  

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Product Analyst or Technical BA in large enterprise environments
  
  
• Prior banking or financial services experience preferred (Big 4 bank background ideal but )
  
  
• Proven ability to create structured, clear, and usable documentation (SOPs, training guides, manuals)
  
  
• Experience supporting product teams with roadmaps, user stories, and stakeholder management
  
  
• Bonus points for any exposure to Workday, HR systems,
