People2people are partnering with a leading organisation that is looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping digital product strategies, championing customer-centric design, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Duties:
-Lead discovery and research activities to uncover customer needs, validate opportunities, and help shape product strategy through user research, journey mapping, workshops, and co-design sessions
-Turn insights into user-centred solutions from concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring they balance customer needs and technical feasibility.
-Be the voice of the customer, advocating for a best-in-class user experience throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver intuitive and inclusive digital solutions.
-Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
-Support the creation of digital assets including presentations, motion graphics, and imagery for both internal and external campaigns.

The ideal candidate:
-Strong background in digital product design, UX/UI, or digital experience roles
-Proven experience leading user research and translating findings into actionable product improvements
-Confident working with Agile teams and influencing stakeholders
-Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing platforms
-Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
-Ability to obtain a Police Check
