About the role
This role is part of a cross-functional squad driving a website transformation and loyalty initiative. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the continuous improvement of their digital products.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with customer needs
• Translate complex digital requirements for design, development, and test teams
• Support continuous improvement by interpreting data and delivering insights
• Collaborate across teams to align customer and enterprise processes
• Raise and manage technical defects and support solution documentation

Skills and experience

• 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Business Analyst
• 1+ years in agile environments with strong understanding of digital frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, HCD etc.)
• Experience working across loyalty projects is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with experience writing clear, testable user stories
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and delivery focus
• Ability to interpret data and manage technical product issues
