We have a (6M Contract - EXT) Senior Solution Architect role available.

You will be working on a Major General Insurance Transformation Program with a focus on Digital Transformation (Managing Customer Interactions / Digital Channels), Operational Excellence (Automation), Software / Platform Integration, General Insurance Pricing, Claims, Billing & more.

In this role you will be responsible for leading High Level E2E Solution Design with a focus on Digital Transformation.

You will influence and engage with C-Level Stakeholders.

You will work in a SAFe Agile Framework, interacting with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, BA's and Enterprise Architects.

You will work closely with the enterprise architecture to ensure all solutions align to the IT strategy. You will contribute to strategy, principles, policies and roadmaps for assigned solutions.

You will contribute to the future technology plan and adoption strategy, Facilitate, Advise and collaborate with third party service providers to ensure that all IT designs align with Enterprise Architecture principles and roadmaps, and deliver the desired outcome.

Essential Experience:

• Extensive Solution Architecture Experience
• Very Strong Digital Transformation Experience
• General Insurance Domain Experience (Essential)
• Proven ability to engage at C-Level
• Experience in either GI Pricing, Claims or Billing (Ideal)
• Solution / Application Integration Architecture Experience
• Experience in Large Scale Digital Transformation Programs
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture
• Understanding of Emerging Architecture & Intentional Architecture
• Understanding of Customer Centric Architecture Definitions
• TOGAF Certified
• Trained in SAFe Agile Methodology
• Excellent Communication skills, Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Presentation Skills - Seeking Extravert (Essential)
• Software Engineering background (Preferred)
• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
