Our online global Beauty company in Springvale is looking for a Manager at our warehouse. We are small passionate team, so the position is hands on approach and will still require you to pick and pack and help complete tasks. Speaking & writing Mandarin is a requirement due to the dealing with shipping companies overseas.

To be successful you must:

Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse.

Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Have experience and understanding or history with stock control.

Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.

You will need to be confident and outgoing and comfortable to work as part of a small team.

Have previous management experience.

Experience with Shopify is a must

Warehouse Manager – Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods

Manage inventory control systems and ensure accuracy of stock records

Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, including training and scheduling

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Optimize space utilization and implement efficient layout and workflow strategies

Monitor and maintain equipment, arranging repairs or replacements as needed

Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports

Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
