As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and drive improvements across all areas of goods inward, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager of the Workshop and Service, you will be responsible for leading and managing the warehouse function to support the needs of a fast-paced, high-performing business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead warehouse planning, goods receiving, dispatch, and freight management.

Drive warehouse operational improvements, workflow optimisation, and capacity management.

Implement and refine warehouse systems, policies, and procedures.

Manage all aspects of inventory control, including stock accuracy, reconciliation, and ERP management.

Oversee the timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer and internal orders.

Lead regular stocktakes and cycle counts; investigate and resolve variances quickly.

Foster a high-performing, safety-first warehouse team culture through leadership, mentoring, and clear accountability.

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and efficient storage of goods to maximise space and safety.

Set and drive KPIs to improve warehouse performance.

Ensure quality standards in freight handling, packing, and loading for both local and international shipments.

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive warehouse leader who can hit the ground running and deliver real impact.

To be successful, you’ll need:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, inventory, or logistics roles.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and mentor teams.

A hands-on, systematic approach with a strong attention to detail.

Solid experience managing international logistics and freight forwarding.

A track record of improving operational performance and achieving warehouse KPIs.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Experience in a spare parts or mining equipment warehousing environment (highly regarded).

Proficiency with ERP systems (Netsuite and Power BI preferred).

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and warehouse reporting experience.

A current C Class Driver’s Licence.

High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF/LO).
