What You'll Be Doing

Assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen

Leading and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation

Contributing to menu planning, specials, and functions

Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards are always met

Managing stock, ordering, and controlling wastage

What We’re Looking For

A qualified and experienced chef with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude

A passion for fresh, quality ingredients and consistency

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm, professional approach

Relevant trade qualifications and full working rights in Australia

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
