More about the role..
The primary duties of this role include:
Provide technical support and assistance to our clients.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the service team.
Escalate support requests as necessary.
Document your changes and/or highlight needs for process reviews.
Contribute to our efforts of continual improvement.
The most relevant Technical Skills & Experience include:
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, etc.
Infrastructure Support (Hyper-V, VMWare, Networking & Firewalls)
Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint , OneDrive, etc.
Microsoft Azure: Azure AD, Intune, etc.
The most relevant Personal Competencies include:
Ability to solve problems efficiently & effectively.
Ability to connect with people in a confident and friendly manner.
Ability to remain resilient and persistent amidst continual challenges.
Ability to stay on task and effective without regular oversight and/or management.
You will be measured on your ability to provide great outcomes for our clients users. This includes having an approachable manner, setting correct expectations, meeting commitments and solving issues efficiently and effectively.

This role will require regular onsite visitations to client sites. Successful candidates will need to hold a valid drivers licence and own a working vehicle.
