The Role

We are looking for experienced IT Help Desk Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
  • Answer Helpdesk phone in accordance with procedures, and actively monitor all Helpdesk request
  • Perform triage and action or assign tickets in order to get the customer up and running as quickly as possible in accordance with ITIL framework
  • Configure and Setup Cisco Handset for end users and Residents
  • Troubleshoot/escalate Call Manager including Cisco Jabber, WebEx and Software Phones including headsets.
  • Troubleshoot/escalate telephony issues, MDM troubleshooting as required, and Escalated WAN connectivity issues.

About you

We’re ideally looking for someone with

  • ITIL Foundations accreditations – Level 1 and or Level 2 experienced
  • Knowledge of personal computer and operating system configuration,
  • Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk or equivalent, RD Web, Active Directory/Entra ID, Ms Exchange.
  • Current Driver’s License – you will be required to work at any one of Benetas’ locations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
