About You
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a Receptionist role, within the legal industry would be preferrable but not required.
Experience in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to help the team suceed.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The Role
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a knack for multitasking to be the Receptionist for our busy Head Office located in Narellan NSW! If you enjoy variety and excel in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and contribute to a thriving company.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties including:
- Managing Narellan Reception – greeting clients warmly and professionally.
- Answering and directing incoming calls with a high level of customer service.
- Overseeing appointments, sending out appointment reminders and ensuring our meeting rooms are client ready.
- Collection of Mail.
- Completion of Daily banking
- Assisting with office ordering (groceries and stationery) for the Narellan Office.
- Responsible for Office Cleanliness.
- Assisting the Office & Operations Manager with internal events and Staff birthdays!

Perkbox – This is a discount program ( covering shopping, groceries, petrol, entertainment, travel, etc ) which when used to its maximum, staff can receive in excess of $5,000.00 in savings p.a
