We are seeking a self-motivated, client focused Legal Receptionist / Office Assistant. We are a young and vibrant firm with a fun and friendly culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients using your excellent customer service skills;
Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally;
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
Assist with general office duties, including copying, scanning and supporting other staff when required.
What we’re looking for in you
Previous experience in a receptionist role required.
Skills and attributes:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
High attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining quality;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Ability to work autonomously and within a team;
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
