About the role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team at Narrabeen Smash Repairs in North Narrabeen, NSW. As a full-time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to contribute to the smooth running of our busy auto repair workshop.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling and managing customer appointments and bookings

Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and order processing

Maintaining a tidy and well-organised reception area

Assisting the wider team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team
