About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team at Gateway Automotive Group in Fairy Meadow, NSW. This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our customers, so excellent customer service skills are essential.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming all visitors and customers in a warm and polite manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed

Ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience when visiting our premises

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing reception or front of house role

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

A professional and friendly demeanour

Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
