The role

Bricor Pty Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic Sales / Customer Support professional to join their dynamic team in Kurnell, NSW. Following comprehensive training, this full-time position will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to support the company's continued growth in the Australian market.

Key responsibilities

Actively engage with new and existing customers to identify their needs and provide tailored sales solutions

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Process customer orders and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Collaborate with the wider team to achieve individual and company sales targets

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

Numeric and administrative skills with an eye for detail

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

A minimum of 2 years retail experience
