About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our fast-paced team at RTS Imaging Pty Ltd in Prestons, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, managing sales inquiries, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our imaging solutions business.

What you'll be doing

Handling incoming sales inquiries and customer support requests in a professional and timely manner

Providing detailed information about our products and services to potential and existing customers

Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and quotes

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive business growth

Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and efficiently

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Strong customer service and sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and MS Office suite

A keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

A positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
