About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our sales manager and deliver a seamless experience for our clients. In this pivotal role, you’ll have an important role in our sales operations — assisting with quoting, proposals, licensing renewals, order processing, agreement renewals, and customer service. You'll also help guide clients through their IT needs with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating quotes and proposals for IT hardware, software, services, and Microsoft licensing
Supporting sales with CRM updates, tracking opportunities, and preparing documents
Handling customer enquiries and providing timely, helpful responses
Coordinating orders, renewals, and subscriptions for hardware and software
Liaising with vendors and distributors to source pricing and availability
Managing sales- and billing-related support tickets
Assisting with the renewal of support agreements and managed service contracts
Providing administrative support to the sales manager
Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients — from order processing to first invoice
Maintaining accurate records across CRM and quoting systems
What we are looking for:
Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin (ideally in an MSP or IT environment)
Familiarity with IT products — Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, HP/Dell/Lenovo
Strong organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused on customer satisfaction
Experience with quoting and CRM tools (e.g. ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise Manage) is a plus
Confident dealing with vendors and distributors
A proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating team needs
