Join Our Team – Bookings & Dispatch Officer (4 on, 4 off | 6am–6pm)

Harvey’s Towing Service is seeking a motivated Bookings & Dispatch Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced role on 4 days on, 4 days off rotating roster, based in Brisbane Park Ridge.

The Role

Joining our busy Dispatch team, you will speak directly with private, government and insurance clients to accurately record job details (location, time and client information), communicate jobs to drivers and continuously prioritise to ensure you are providing appropriate solutions. This is a role where you will have responsibility for the file management, from the time the client calls through to completion, ensuring the system is updated throughout.

Key Duties

· Dispatch and coordinate jobs with our fleet based on location, urgency, and resource availability.

· Respond to emergency situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, by quickly allocating resources.

· Handle inquiries and updates from clients regarding estimated arrival times and service details.

· Manage bookings, quotes & customer service calls

· Reconcile jobs & assist with admin tasks

· Support after-hours dispatch (on rotation)

About You

✔ Experience in dispatch or logistics preferred
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
