🔎 Your Role:

• 📞 Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
• 📅 Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
• 🔄 Keep workflows efficient and organised
• 💬 Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
• 📋 Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
