What You’ll Be Doing
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
Scheduling jobs
Managing and updating job details in our scheduling system
Providing top-notch service with a friendly, can-do attitude
Helping solve small issues before they become big problems
What We’re Looking For
Great phone manner and clear communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A positive, fun personality and strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Experience with SimPro is a bonus, but not essential
