The Role:

As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice. Your leadership and organisational skills will ensure our patients continue receiving high-quality care and our business runs effectively in the manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient bookings and front-of-house operations

Optical dispensing and frame selection support

Liaising with suppliers and placing orders

Inventory and stock management

Creating and managing staff rosters

Working with the team to meet budget and performance targets

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in optical dispensing (essential)

Previous management or team leadership experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Confidence in using practice management systems

A proactive, reliable, and organised approach

Position Details:

Work Tuesday through to Saturday, where Saturdays are only 9am-2pm

No Sunday or Public holiday work

6-month contract starting June 2025

Hours can be flexible for the right person
