About you

You’re a creative, early-career go-getter determined to make a difference. In this job, you’ll:

· Craft compelling content: Write and edit blogs, social media posts, emails and more, sharing powerful stories of young people’s journeys. Keep our website and socials fresh and engaging.

Rock social media: Help run our social media strategy, create eye-catching posts with photos and videos and graphics, and track engagement to boost our fundraising campaigns.

Support campaigns & events: Assist with marketing and fundraising campaigns, from planning to tracking success. Help coordinate events, webinars, and donor communications.

Dive into research: Research trends and audiences to sharpen our campaigns and strengthen our impact.

Stay organised: Support our Marketing and Fundraising Managers with admin tasks, donor onboarding, and keeping our marketing calendar on track.

What you’ll need

A degree in Marketing, Comms, or similar (or 2 years’ experience)

Great written and verbal communication skills

Confidence to manage social media platforms, Canva, website tools, and marketing apps

Basic photography, video and editing skills

Ability to handle a busy workload and juggle tasks

Super organisation with an eye for detail

Passion for fundraising or nonprofits is a bonus!

Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally some CRM or fundraising tools experience
