Are you organised, tech-savvy and ready to play a vital support role in a growing Australian luxury brand?
Pearls of Australia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our Perth-based marketing, sales, and jewellery production teams. You’ll work across online and in-store customer service, events, website maintenance, and email marketing, helping ensure our brand voice, customer experience and operations are seamless from start to finish.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate and creative team that crafts beautiful jewellery with Australian saltwater pearls from Cygnet Bay and Broken Bay Pearl Farms.
Key Responsibilities
Support online, phone, email and in-store sales, including order completion and follow-up.
Assist in managing ActiveCampaign (Email Marketing + CRM Platform):
Implement deals and track sales enquiries
Update customer lists and reply to email marketing responses
Coordinate post-purchase communications and automation.
Provide admin and event support at Perth-based shows and pop-ups.
Help maintain our websites (WordPress + Shopify) and contribute to UX improvements.
Liaise with the production team for label/barcode design and reordering print materials.
Maintain consistency in email signatures and internal brand presentation.
Support the marketing manager in tasks
Provide general support to the Marketing Manager with day-to-day tasks and campaign coordination as required.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional customer service
Immaculate personal presentation in appearance and demeanour
Tech confident and proactive in using tools like Shopify, WordPress, and Active Campaign (training provided).
Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
A great communicator with strong admin and coordination skills.
Eye for detail and a love of process, someone who thrives on bringing structure to busy days.
Friendly, solutions-focused, and team oriented.
Interest in luxury products, storytelling, and Australian-made brands is a plus.
A current police clearance is required.
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full rights to work and reside in Australia.
Desirable Skills
Previous sales and customer service experience
Experience in copywriting or content creation.
Experience with POS systems, customer databases, or CRM tools.
Social media scheduling skills.
Graphic design or Canva skills.
