Who We Are
We're a small, collaborative team working across a range of lifestyle, design, and development projects. As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can hit the ground running and grow with us. While this is a full-time role, we’re open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
This collaborative role bridges internal strategy and external execution, working closely with our marketing agency to ensure campaign alignment while leading the development and delivery of marketing initiatives across Elevate and Providence Lifestyle Resorts – including content creation, campaign coordination, and brand development. Key tasks include:

Reviewing and updating marketing materials, websites, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), and Computer Generator Images (CGI).

Coordinating content for publications like The Resort Magazine

Managing marketing collateral and photoshoots.

Supporting Public Relation (PR) events and launches across our expanding resort projects.

Assisting in social media coordination and content creation

What We’re Looking For
We're seeking someone with:

Marketing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance – we value skills over titles).

Great attention to detail and confidence managing multiple projects.

A hands-on mindset – no task too big or small.

Strong communication skills with creative and innovative thinking.
