We’re on the hunt for a Sales & Marketing Campaign AdministratorCoordinator who thrives on variety and loves to bring plans to life. This is a versatile, hybrid role blending marketing execution with sales support — ideal for someone with a bit of experience in both worlds who wants to work in a dynamic, purpose-driven team.

You’ll work directly with our Sales Team and Business Manager to help deliver campaigns on time and on brand. From lead generation and content creation to social media posting and CRM updates, you’ll be right in the middle of the action helping us grow, connect, and show off what makes Response Electricians different.

Sales & Marketing: This team drives growth by building strong relationships and seizing new opportunities, ensuring our services reach the right clients at the right time.

Operations: The backbone of our business, this team of skilled tradespeople and apprentices delivers high-quality electrical, air conditioning, and solar services.

Administration: The glue that holds it all together. This team manages scheduling, customer communication, and operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff alike.

Role Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Campaign Coordination

Support the planning, coordination, and rollout of sales and marketing campaigns

Work closely with the Business Manager and Sales Team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with our growth goals

Keep campaigns on track in terms of timelines, task follow-ups, deliverables and reporting

Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g. social reach, lead conversion rates) and provide insights or suggestions for improvement.

Content & Collateral Creation

Assist with creating sales brochures, pitch decks, and quote documents

Help coordinate photo/video shoots and ensure our visual content that meets brand and campaign goals

Support with content writing, social post captions, and campaign messaging

Maintain a bank of up-to-date team and project imagery for use in campaigns.

Track usage and effectiveness of sales collateral to inform improvements

Use positive reviews as content repurpose strong testimonials into content

Organic Social Media Management

Post and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Maintain brand voice, update bios and links, and manage post engagement

Testimonial & Interview Coordination

Book in testimonial interviews with happy clients and industry partners

Help gather case studies, advocate stories, and real-world wins for the team to use in marketing

Request and follow up on customer reviews after completed jobs

Monitor and respond to Google reviews in a timely, professional tone

Track review performance monthly (e.g. number of new reviews, average rating) and include in campaign reporting.

Sales Admin & CRM Support

Follow up on leads, support quote tracking, and book sales appointments when needed

Use HubSpot (or learn it on the job!) to update contact records, log tasks, and assist with lead management

Check and maintain clean data in our CRM and internal systems, ensuring duplicates are merged and old data is archived or updated

Segment contacts in the CRM to support targeted marketing

Lead Generation & Collaboration

Assist with lead sourcing, call-backs, and outreach for specific campaigns

Collaborate with the Sales Team to keep pipelines healthy and flowing

Get involved in team huddles, strategy chats, and brainstorming sessions

Role Requirements:

Organised and detail-oriented — you keep track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups without needing to be chased

Experience in sales — you’ve worked with leads, spoken to customers, or supported a sales team before

Highly motivated — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you’re proactive and get stuck in

Great energy — you bring positivity into every interaction

Adaptable — things change quickly around here, and you roll with it

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

Experience with CRM systems — HubSpot preferred

Comfortable using Canva, Squarespace, or similar tools

Familiar with sales and marketing workflows, including basic reporting and campaign tracking

Confident using tools like Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets

Understands how to support a customer-centric approach — you know how to speak to people in a way that builds trust and connection

Bonus if you’ve worked in or around the trade industry, but not essential

Quick learner — not afraid to try new systems or pick up a tool you haven’t used before
