Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 (base) + $5,000 (KPI) + Car allowance
The Crew Operations Manager position is integral to the efficient operation of office functions within the business. The role encompasses overseeing training, ensuring compliance, maintaining and improving quality standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the crew
Responsibilities:
Assisting in training, inducting and onboarding new staff into your Crew.
Providing daily Operational support to your Crew.
Quality Control of the work produced by your team members.
Guiding and training all squad members on company and site safety processes and standards.
Conducting and running site toolbox talks.
Communicating with the customers.
Allocation of staff and rostering daily.
Provide accurate Daily reports of the day’s events.
Mentoring Team Leaders, Attending Toolboxes, Attending internal meetings.
Lifting, moving and other physical duties as required by your customers’ sites.
Candidate selection, advertising, screening candidates.
Onboarding - volume recruitment (interviewing, assessments, reference checking etc.).
Assisting in training, inducting and onboarding new staff into your Crew.
Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour.
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
Guiding and training all new and existing employees on company, site processes and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face
Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience
Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner
Leadership: the ability to manage teams to achieve a positive outcome.
Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manager
Others: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.
