THE ROLE:

• End to end management of 60 local properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee leasing, rent reviews, arrears management, and maintenance coordination
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation
• Opportunity to head up the Property Management Department & have profit share in the business

YOU WILL HAVE:

• Current REIQ certificate
• At least 2 years working as a Senior Property Manager
• Working car and drivers license
• Professional presentation and a passion for real estate
