An 'employer of choice' within the commercial property management space, this growing independent business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.

A professional, sociable and supportive business, this position is Monday to Friday only, managing 30 properties, 60+ tenancies of mostly commercial properties with a few industrial and retail. Whilst the portfolio will include large commercial offices (6000 sq m), the portfolio size can be crafted based on your previous experience.

This is a diverse, autonomous, Commercial Property Manager role that will give you hands-on exposure to the full cycle of commercial asset management.

Requirements

• A current Real Estate Certificate
  
• Some experience within commercial, industrial or retail property/asset management
  
• A diverse understanding of lease interpretation
  
• Some understanding of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Professional presentation
  
• Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with tenants, contractors and clients
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Highly organised and excellent time management skills
  
• Strong people skills and a desire to help build team culture
  
• Experience with Re-Leased (preferred but not essential)
