The Position, but not limited to:

• Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of small schemes
• Liaising with owners/tenants
• Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required

The Criteria:

• Experience in portfolio management within the strata industry
• Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
• An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
• Have excellent time management skills
