ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes and BMS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle correspondence via phone and written communications.
• Prepare and distribute budgets, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Attend both committee and general meetings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including WH&S, Fire Safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training and developing junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Strata Manager OR Body Corporate Manager.
• Experience with BMS and layered schemes.
• Knowledge of strata legislation, including BCCM and BUGTA.
• Strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution.
• High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
• Experience with StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential.
