Caloundra GWM is seeking a Business / Aftermarket Manager to join the team. Caloundra GWM has a newly renovated showroom, and a prime location, and is ready to continue its success with this top 10 performing brand. GWM is one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive brands with more exciting models being released this year we need a motivated individual to provide finance, insurance and aftermarket solutions for our customers.

As the Business/Aftermarket Manager at Caloundra GWM, you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership Group. We have been family-owned and operating for over 20 years and employ over 80 Sunshine Coast and Gympie locals. We sell brands such as GWM, Isuzu, Hyundai, Honda, Mitsubishi, JAC, Renault and Goodyear, and, we are committed to having long-term employee retention, a family-friendly work environment, a 5-day work week and a great team-based culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Offer tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers purchasing vehicles.
• Manage loan applications, insurance products, and aftercare offerings with professionalism and compliance
• Liaise with financial institutions and insurers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive profit through value-added products and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance products, regulations, and dealership policies.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry (desirable but not essential).
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to complete accreditation with relevant finance and insurance providers.
