Todds Plumbing & Electrical is a local small family owned plumbing & electrical company with over 20+ years experience in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Admin & Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Ashmore on the Gold Coast. This full-time role is central to providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our business. You will be an integral part of our team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing prompt and professional customer service

Assisting with incoming sales enquiries (no cold calls)

Maintaining accurate job records and providing administrative support across various business functions

Assisting with invoicing, data entry, quoting and other general office duties

Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for our customers

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, ideally within a trades or service-based business

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using Google suite & Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Gmail

A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the team
