This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience in disability and the NDIS—ideal for OT students who want to build confidence, learn from experienced clinicians, and get a head start in their career while still studying.
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts organised and adaptable to join our friendly and inclusive team as a Therapy Assistant / Admin Assistant. This role is ideal for OT student's who are ready to dive into the world of disability and the NDIS with the support of our experienced team of clinicians.
About Us
We are a Canberra and Adelaide-based occupational therapy and NDIS provider working with people with physical, neurological, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Assist the Director with managing caseloads and coordinating communication with clients and stakeholders
Monitor the admin email and phone, communicating and providing support to our clients and stakeholders
Support day-to-day admin across the team as needed
What You’ll Need
Previous admin experience is desirable but not essential (health or allied health admin extremely desirable)
High attention to detail, especially in written documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
Perks of Joining Our Team
✔️ Inclusive and welcoming culture

✔️ Training and support from a passionate, multidisciplinary team
✔️ Opportunities to attend clinical appointments with clinicians and grow your disability knowledge and literacy
