About us
Tide Constructions are a growing residential builder in Brisbane's inner suburbs, with our office located in Wakerley. We have a great team and looking for a candidate who will fit in with the culture of the organization!
We are looking for someone who is well rounded and happy to take on multiple facets and tasks and assist our Office Manager & Director with their day to day tasks. We require someone who is self-motivated and possesses a positive ‘can do’ approach.
This is a part time position, 2 days per week with the option to work from home once established within the role. MUST be based in Brisbane, you will be required to work within the office from time to time.
Qualifications & experience
Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting/Admin preferred
Experience using Xero & Excel highly regarded
1-2 years in a similar role
Tasks & responsibilities
High volume data entry of invoices into multiple Software programs (Xero & BuildXact)
Inputting data into spreadsheets
Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations in Xero
Office Administrative duties and other adhoc tasks
Assistance with day to day tasks in office
Ability to follow processes & procedures
Attention to detail & accuracy in data processing
