The role

We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join the team at our wholesaling and manufacturing company in Queanbeyan. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations and ensuring the effective administration of the business.

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support, data entry, and managing correspondence

Organising and maintaining office systems and procedures

Providing customer service support, such as answering phone calls and replying to emails

What we're looking for

Proficient in the use of Xero, Google Work Space & Microsoft Excel. Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the distribution or customer service industry

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
